The embroidery process begins with "digitizing" your artwork. This is the process of making a computerized pattern to run the embroidery machine. A typical set-up fee would be $200.00 CAN. This set up fee makes smaller quantities of crests more expensive and larger runs more affordable.
Once the set up is complete the cests are stitched on a twill patch by an embroidery machine, cut to the shape of the design and sewn to the jersey. Cost of crests vary with quantity but is often between $25.00 and $40.00 CAN.
